About Our Training Courses

Operating from our dedicated training centre of excellence and cosmetic Medispa in the East Midlands, the aUK Cosmetic Training team has over 50 years combined experience in the industry.

Led by Chris Wade, Clinical Director and Chairman of the AAIC (Association of Aesthetics, Injectables and Cosmetics), Sally Todd (Director of education & training standards), Heather Tinkler (lead Derma PRP trainer) and Richard Apparicio (Clinical manager) you will receive the very best in training standards and experience.

We offer fully packaged training pathways and tailored courses on a private, one to one basis for Cosmetic Practitioners of all levels who want the best in non-invasive training. What our graduates say about our training

The next phase of non-invasive cosmetic injectables

Our training ethos puts the client at the heart of our decisions and level of care that all aestheticians need to adhere to. This training centre was established to counterbalance and challenge the disappointing and sub-standard training in the UK. Time after time our students train elsewhere then come to us to train properly - and as contributors to Part 1 of the HEE guidelines we understand more than most the importance of standards and what those standards need to be.

Meet the Clinical Director - Chris Wade

aUK Cosmetic Training Centre of Excellence Founder & Clinical Director Chris has the finest reputation in the UK for training medics and non-medics in cosmetic injectable treatments (our aesthetic practitioner pathway).

In the past 15 years Chris has built up a highly successful cosmetics clinic, where he has developed new techniques and approaches to delivering results beyond the clients expectations. His personal brand has developed solely through word of mouth, as his work defines his abilities, bringing in client after client.

Despite reaching the top of his game in delivering injectable procedures, Chris wanted to take things a step further and make a difference within the Cosmetics and Injectables Industry. To achieve this, he started at the source and worked with the decision makers at the highest level.

Throughout the Bruce Keogh report after the PIPS scandal, Chris sat on a distinguished panel representing non-medics and then continued his journey by becoming part of numerous expert reference groups, as well as working alongside HABIA and Industry Qualifications (IQ).

This work paved the way to promote best practice, high standards training for both medics and non-medics; training together on one platform, supporting the safety of training for the industry as a whole.

Through an accrued experience and knowledge of cosmetic procedures and training best practice, Chris' possesses a deep understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the face and neck. Chris's signature is the 10 years younger combination of dermal fillers and botulinum; delivering a look that literally knocks years off of the client.

Our carefully developed training pathways and advanced courses will teach you to deliver a personalised, rejuvenated look to cosmetic procedures that stand at the forefront of the industry.

"I am delighted that there are positive movements towards the UK Government to promote equality in training non-invasive cosmetic procedures, and the future is bright for non-medics, as we begin to showcase the talents of our training centre, set new standards and work towards a one size fits all qualification route for both medics and non-medics."
